Brace yourself for an adrenaline-packed morning, seamlessly blending the realms of life-saving and open water swimming, promising not only fierce competition but also an opportunity for swimmers to sharpen their skills while revelling in the surf.

Dive into the excitement with a choice between 1, 2, or 3 km swims. Feel the rush as competitors navigate the surf after each kilometre, engaging in the exhilarating combination of body surfing and a beachside sprint around an Orca feather before plunging back into the waves for the subsequent legs. Whether conquering each distance individually or seamlessly stringing them together, every swimmer is in for a wild ride of skill improvement and pure unbridled fun.

As the waves settle, gear up for the fast-paced 4x400m relay – a spectacle of speed and strategy. Picture this: teammates racing against the clock, each tasked with a heart-pounding 200m stretch to the backline, manoeuvring around a buoy, and racing back to tag their partner waiting eagerly on the beach. It's a symphony of teamwork, precision, and sheer excitement that will leave spectators on the edge of their seats.

This event is open to everyone – from schools and families to lifesaving clubs, corporates and swim schools. Challenge one another and soak in the camaraderie as competitors strive for victory in this unique fusion of athleticism and aquatic prowess.
